Do I need a card to start?

Yes. The card keeps bots out at the start of the trial. Nothing is charged for the first 14 days. You cancel in one click, from the portal.

Go to Settings, click Plan, and the Stripe portal opens. One button, one click. Access lasts until the end of the paid period.

Can you see my statement?

We read the file, extract the numbers, and discard the raw upload. Nobody on the team opens a customer's PDF. What stays is the structured movement inside your space.

Does the AI see my raw data?

No. Before any tip, the server builds an anonymous summary with totals and aggregated categories only. Names, descriptions, and identifiers never leave your space.

Can I disable the AI?

You can. In Settings, Plan, Artificial Intelligence. AI features disappear from the app and no anonymous data goes out.

Depends on the feature. For the Assistant and category suggestions, OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini: every call carrying the text you wrote blocks routing to providers that train on data. If you send a voice note, it is transcribed by Whisper at Groq, which also does not train on your data and, by default, does not retain the content of the calls, though it may log inputs and outputs for up to 30 days solely to troubleshoot failures and investigate abuse. For the tip, summary and overview, a chain of open models that receives only an anonymous summary, no personal data. The privacy policy details each case.

Does it work on mobile?

It works as a PWA. Install from the browser and use it offline for reading. A native app is on the radar, not a priority today.

Does it cover Brazil and Europe?

Yes. Real and euro, GDPR and LGPD compliance, data stored in the European Union. You pick the primary currency during onboarding.

No. Never. Revenue comes from the subscription. Subprocessors are listed at /legal/privacy and none of them get your financial data for marketing.

What if I don't like it?

Full refund within 14 days of the first charge. No questions. We follow the friendlier rule between Brazil and the EU.

Because we don't sell your data. Servers, support, and engineering live on the subscription. The trial is there for you to try without committing.
