This Cookies Policy explains how MeJu (operated by Wizz! comms.) uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Cookies allow the website to remember you across pages and visits. Some are required for the site to work; others are optional and only loaded with your consent.
2. Categories we use
We group cookies into three categories. You can manage them from the cookie banner or from the "Cookie settings" button in the footer.
Essential (always on)
These are required to operate the Service. They cannot be turned off.

Analytics (consent required)
These help us understand which pages people use and where we can improve. We only load them after you accept.

Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation. Ad personalisation is disabled.
Marketing
These only load after you accept the marketing category in the cookie banner.

Automatic advanced matching is disabled at this stage: the Pixel does not send your email or phone number to Meta.
3. Infrastructure telemetry
MeJu is hosted on a Hostinger virtual private server in the United Kingdom. We do not use Vercel Analytics or Vercel Speed Insights (removed in July 2026). The infrastructure records technical access logs (IP address, route and time) for security and diagnostics, retained as described in section 9 of the Privacy Policy. No cookie is set by this telemetry.
3.A. OpenAI and OpenRouter (no cookies)
OpenAI and OpenRouter are used server-to-server to generate AI suggestions and to interpret WhatsApp Assistant messages, as described in the Privacy Policy, section 6. Neither of them drops any cookie on your browser through MeJu. The browser never talks to OpenAI or OpenRouter directly.
4. How to manage cookies
- In the cookie banner: "Accept all", "Reject all" or "Customise". Your choice is stored in
meju_consent. - In the footer: click "Cookie settings" to reopen the banner at any time.
- In your browser: you can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. If you block essential cookies the Service may not work.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our cookie use changes. The current version and effective date are shown at the top.
